We want to help promote the incredible power that meditation has to help us de-stress and unwind. Day to day life sees us rushing constantly from one project to the next and we’ve decided that now is the time to sit still and breathe!
Whether you’re a student preparing to submit papers, a parent juggling your own responsibilities as well as your children’s, or a busy professional caught up in the madness of day to day life - it’s time to claim back 15-minutes of your day, just to sit, be still and allow any stress to melt into the air around you.
We want to try and get as many people involved as possible because in today’s hectic society there are so many people out there who would benefit from taking a 15-minute break.
