We are happy to refund any unused products you are unsatisfied with and/or exchange the product for something of the same value from our website (please specify).

Please notify us within 60 days of original receipt by sending an email to info@satidesign.com with the reason for the return.

Please return the item unused and in its original condition with the invoice number included.

Please note you are responsible for return costs and for the package whilst it is in transit.

Exchanges will be sent out free of charge.

In the unfortunate event that a product arrives faulty, we will fully refund you within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@satidesign.com to let us know the problem and we will arrange the return from our side.

Jewellery Returns

We hope your jewellery brings you years of beauty and joy. If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

If your jewellery breaks due to a manufacturing issue within 3 months, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

For damage caused by wear, impact, or mishandling, we offer a mindful, low-cost repair service - because we believe in giving your jewellery a second life wherever possible.
